Basically, people have been drawing up / telling reports from the experience in the event.

Since that is the only way you can do it.

Taking pictures of the live event and recording them when the Seiyuu or other offical representatives are present is strictly forbidden and can lead to possible punishing results if Kadokawa finds out.

If anyone monitored tweets of the Zuiun Festival back on Day 1. You'd noticed that about 15 news sites covered the event. And had pictures of the Seiyuu, Kadokawa's head representative and such in them (as well as the live event).

3 days later Kadokawa forced most of those news sites to remove all of the images / kill the articles because they feature their Seiyuu / Head Executive in them.

So if you ever wondered why certain picutres you may have seen on day 1 are gone. Blame the Kadokawa Cooperate system. They want to protect the Seiyuus and executives from potential bad publicity and so forth.
