Slimegirls too. Their biology might make them entirely resistant to cosmic radiation. With direct exposure, they'd have to be able to resist their entire bodies boiling and evapourating in a vacuum. I've had the idea for a space-based story where one of the characters is a slime who resides in a character's space suit whenever they go out to do EVA, so she can help regulate temperature, sweat, scratch any itches, and act as an emergency protection layer in case of suit damage.
Undead too, depending on how they work.
Robutts would do pretty well, I guess. Someone draw a monstergirl version of the robots from Interstellar. Say what you will about that movie, but the robot designs in that were pretty damn inventive.
