I meant it as a general for all, not just oldfags grinding untill forever. Oldfags have far more farming capacity than newfags resource wise, so there is no "same treatment in that case.

Exactly what it meant. You have 20 days once or less than a year with a minor chance to farm for something of which you could have only one to begin with (untill some time later where that was changed for an even smaller drop chance). Someone may get the drop they want quickly, and some may have to wait another year and still not be sure he'll get it this time.

If you put the good rewards in every events then the oldfags would have 4 chances, while newfags would only have one or two. And there are more than just one difficulty (talking about overall events not difficulty selection) and oldfags can do even more when compare to newfags. The snowball effect would only make things worse if Tanaka decided to put good things on all the time.

And both oldfags + newfags have to wait the same amount of time. Imagine it like this:
- 1st scenario Tanaka put all the good stuffs in every events. Oldfags have more resources and can clear much faster than newfags PLUS the snowball effect then they would get like 8 FuMOs throughout the year.
- 2nd scenario where only one or two chances in one year. Since no one expects the event would have the drops they want, they can't prepare much besides thinking that they would be better clearing the event. And everyone has to wait the same amount of time. Eventually the drops would come when people are least expected, so they can't do other things without focusing their autism into farming. All the time.

Never said he should put all rare stuff in every event. And farming good stuff in a PvE game doesn't chasm old and new players as they don't hammer at each other, especially if said equipment can be farmed often/rare enough in an atleast consistent pace.
How would there be a snowball effect if you can't use it against a player directly? If it was always for grabs, why would veterans farm for more than two-three fleets worth of FuMO when you doubtly would need more?
I have no problem with the super rare/old stuff staying as the rare oldfag bragging right, but not the ships, as that is what people here keep telling me what is "player friendly" in KC.
The second scenatio sounds like you are here for the numbers instead of the girls and feels like void of enjoying the game and just hoping for good rng. maybe that's just me being casual.
