Personally I preferred the Rika in the Tsumihoboroshi manga.

Basically, they tend to be able to draw the heroine of the episode of which they take charge well than others.

The strangest looking Rika is probably from Yoigoshi-hen.

Because anything without tons of pointless fighting and powerlevels with people screaming "GAHAAHAH BANKAI!!" is deemed unshonen and therefor shoujo.
