Kokoro absorbs emotions from her surroundings if one of her masks goes missing, so it can be implied she eats emotions like how Kogasa survives off surprising people. Although I think the case is that her 66 masks are like reactors of their own, supplying her with energy to exist, and she only needs to feed off people's emotions if she loses one.

Tsukumogami seem to feed off of human emotions rather than their flesh, if Kogasa is to be taken as the norm. Kokoro is really old anyway, her masks likely just simply exist out of sheer will.

Youkai don't feed off of humans; that's mostly bullshit and caused due to the belief that youkai eat humans, causing them to eat humans and perpetuating the belief that they eat humans, etc., etc. Really, they subsist off of fear, so they could probably make a living as like a halloween-style haunted house thing for youkai, but they would need to do it as their type of youkai.

Honestly, though, the fact of the matter is, Youkai could probably find some way to coexist with humans, except belief and the status quo is a thing, and the belief that humans and youkai are natural enemies in most opinions is also a thing.
