Yeah, same here. The original fairies manga artist draws porn, but he's pretty much vanished at this point. Hirasaka probably has tons of lewds, and keeps them all to himself, which is smart.

Consider: there are almost 200 characters, and most of them are female. Despite this they are all tastefully dressed. Only Nue and Hecatia have somewhat revealing outfits and they're still very tame. There's no fanservice at any point and characters never make reference to sex or even finding things attractive. The only characters who are definitely not virgins are the ones we can infer it from due to them being mothers and/or wives.

Personally I much prefer his old drawings. His new characters look off, like the colors aren't shaded as well and the 2hus all look like they're made of plastic. Goofy faces like Sakuya (which i honestly think is cute) and Meiling aside, I think his characters looked nicer before. They're a bit uncanny now.

I wouldn't say ZUN's art progress, as if it were in a chart, would either be a line going up or down, but more of a parabola.
From PCB forwards it just keeps getting better, with TD being one of his best, then it goes down.
But then again, we've only had DDC and LoLK to judge from ever since, so there's no telling if his next characters will look nice or not.

What I'm saying is that ZUN's art fluctuates, but his music is consistently good. Sure, the instruments change from time to time, but there's always that one arrange that I just can't help but to like in every single game, no exceptions.
Case in point, I found DDC's music to be quite meh, but Raiko and the EX Stage's themes were stellar. Same thing for LoLK and A World of Nightmares Never Seen Before. Also, surprisingly enough, Clowpiece's theme was quite good.
