I bought it. The only thing I was disappointed in were that some of the older profiles didn't get updated arts; the ones that are desperately in need of them, such as: Honey Bee, Hornet, Matango, etc. The older profiles that did get art updates however are very beautiful, as is the case with KC's newest art. I like the fact that it is a hardback book - I personally can't stand paperback books myself - and the pages have a nice design to them, almost as if they were from an encyclopedia centuries ago. The book I got was one of the original prints, so it does have the unfortunate translation in the Holstaur profile that talks about what happens when Minotaurs see red, but they issued a correction on the website. And personally, I don't have the book for what it says since I've got the entire book pretty much memorized, more so I bought it for the new arts and to support KC. That being said, I think that's the main reason why most of us bought the book, because you're not missing out on anything if you don't. Everything that's in that book is available online. All the extra arts were leaked long ago, and the updated profile arts are out there too in fairly good quality too from the pictures taken.

I do plan on buying the second one. I'm not sure, but I don't think the extra book material has been leaked yet (not the extra arts but the setting info that these books have in them). Amazon has it marked as paperback, though I hope that's not the case.
