Not really. Hurricane Shot is probably the best ultimate, though. His damage otherwise is too low for God Tier.

Oboro is Average in everything but speed (very well-rounded techs, though). Yun is God Tier after leveling, Lei and Samo are all High Tier.

Cube is God Tier healer after you get some Upgrade Parts and the Diode.
And you forgot God Tier Pogo with insane stats in everything but Intelligence. Too bad Dodonge damages his capabilities when he uses it.
