The only people guaranteed to outlast her are Kaguya and Mokou, with the more vague entities like Komachi and Shikieiki also being candidates (primarily; can they even die?).

I still think Sakuya isn't human. NPC's notice she's not human ("I guess I was mistaken"), her eyes are (were) red, and slowing/stopping time, an ability of daily use, should cause her to age abnormally fast.
