The only one which is sticking out to some extent is fifth, the one with only three equips - but that was expected. It has significantly more power though. But if she's in the main fleet, in the daytime she attacks just 2 of 18 or 1 of 12 times (depending on whether first fleet has BB) and if she's in the escort fleet, it's just 1 of 18 or 12 times in the day, and 1 in 6 times at night. Yet one would not say that buffing firepower to a single ship is worthless, even if at times said firepower would end up not changing the fact that you still do scratch to a meatshield or it's still overkill against an enemy DD.
