As promised, here's your wiki layout poll. Just to be clear:

#1 is basically a total rollback to the old card GUI + old content layout.

#2 keeps the new card GUI, but the old content layout stays (i.e. more or less what we have on most ship pages now).

#3 is something you should vote for only if you have drastically different ideas regarding both the card GUI and/or the layout. Given how the experimental layout tanked in the previous thread, it's obviously a non-option, so this choice has nothing to do with it.

Further to the above, any suggested tweaks related to options #1 and #2 can be brought up as well, as long as they're related to either the card GUI or the layout of the ship pages.

Pictures / mockups are nice, but just descriptions works too.

If you had suggestions towards the tail end of the previous thread, I've already logged those (even the ones by that guy who really liked pointy edges), so you don't need to post them again.

How does EO calculate LBAS? I was trying some dumb stuff just to get feel for how EO works and pic related is what the battle log gave me. That's a maxed Iwamoto and non-improved Skilled M21 so I have 143 fighter power which is just enough for AP against the weaker boss spawn on 6-5. Does only the second wave count? I lost seven planes and should have AP so everything in the second wave looks perfect. The first wave is throwing me off though because it says I got AI which is impossible and I also didn't lose those planes it says I did.

As the mechanics evolve, there is a need to re-define the term "elite DD". I think the best way is to categorise them into: night battle, anti-installation, anti-submarine, and AACI.

Most DDs can performing opening anti-sub. The "elites" then will need a higher bar: to be able to pull with just one sonar at level 99. Currently, only Asashio K2D can do that. The second tier will then be ships that can do it with 1 T3 depth charge 2 T3 sonars. These are the above average DDs. And the third tier will be those who can do it with 1 T3 depth charge 2 T4 sonars.

It's still too early to call AACI elites, since there are only three of them in the game right now.

That's retarded. Such oASW is weak as fuck, it's a bad way to decide elites. Sure, it's a nice setup but gimmicky one. ASW elite would be a DD who can perform oASW at low level and have good other stats so that she survives the route to boss. That's why Asashio Kai Ni D is the best, she can perform oASW immediately and has nice HP/armor and above average firepower. Akizuki-class and Bep are also ASW elites. Satsuki lacks combat stats but her misc stats are nice and more importantly she achieves oASW the earliest so she joins them too.
