Kamihime, a very strong SR one apparently. She buffs the entire party, yet can be tricky to use since one of her buffs lowers your defense as well.

My Katie is CE'd lv50. I don't have any awakened units and I hear one of the best to start with is a foot soldier.
As such, I really don't want to put the effort into levelling Katie if she's not as good now that I fucked up and haven't mincosted her.

Hey I'm a relatively new player, gone through some of the Nutaku games but I think i want to try the DMM since it has more stuff and seems to be less p2w?

Im just curious of 3 things really..

1. Is there a way to earn dmm points for free? Nutaku gold ratios seem really bad imo.

2. Should i refer to the wiki for all the gist of the text on the screens? And how you guys underestand the story unless all know/dont care ;o...

3. Is there some sort of guide to get to the end game like you guys for stuff like Aigis?

1. Very rarely. There was DMM's fifth anniversary campaign a while back, which gave 10000 points to lucky players, and if you have a Japanese phone number you can play the daily pachinko for a handful of points.

However, individual games usually give you much more free currency compared to the Nutaku version (I just collected 500 flower stones on FKG in two months, for example, while on Nutaku I'd be lucky to break 100).

2. Either that, or ask around here if you're unsure about menus and such. For Aigis, there's also a guy on ULMF (Petite Soeur) who translates event text.

3. Aigis is a bit slow in this respect unless you use your SCs to powerlevel, if you just started it'll take you a few events until your team really comes into its own. General wisdom is that you should first establish a core team of a healer, an archer and a heavy armor, after which you can diversify as you see fit. There are EN guides for this kind of thing, and they apply equally well to the DMM version, so you can use them for general tips.

DMM Aigis also gives you a black of your choice at rank 10, you can use this to get B. Iris (who is one of the most broken units in the game and will help you a lot early on). Just about every black is amazing during the early game, though, so feel free to pick anyone else if you don't like her design (you monster).

Katie and Aria are identical aside from the fact that Katie is focused on DEF and Aria on ATK, and also the fact that Aria is an event unit that's easily mincostable (which helps greatly for soldiers).
Aria, however, will not be able to survive certain scenarios as well as Katie does, like, say, the rush of buffed goblins in some of the 4* missions.
Ultimately, I AWed my Aria myself because I want to stack as much damage buffs as possible, and that seems to be what everyone else is doing.

Look for videos for individual maps you can't solve yourself. Plenty of people do "least unit quality possible clears" videos, with gold standard being silvers only. That said, even CC50 silvers are going to be too much for you if you are new, so you pick what you can and keep raising team meanwhile.

Revivals usually come with a special fairy that has the skill of the event girl, you can easily get to SL9 (10 if you're lucky) with her.

CRs however must be done through copies, and despite the 2x CR rate bonus they're a complete pain if you want the unit mincosted. So yeah, people who finished the event the first time around get a huge advantage.

You have to take into consideration rates as well. 10 free rolls very low chance to get a single viable units, and then permanently gimps you with super shitty rates for the rest of the entire game's lifespan, versus a game that while doesn't give you 10 free rolls right out the gate, makes it super easy to farm free rolls early on, THEN gives you a guaranteed max rarity girl for 10+1 (even for f2p crystals unlike Nutaku Senpro), and you know the SPECIFIC max rarity girl that will drop. Maxed out, the SSR ones are slightly better than the f2p Exchange Weapons, but only whales bother with it. You first have to worry about rolling an SSR weapon in the first place (no guaranteed 10+1 SSR like the unit gacha has), and then you have to worry about rolling the exact SSR you want (because the good SSR Gacha weapons are character-exclusive), then you have to do that 2 more times, to be able to get the weapon to high enough stats to be worthwhile, otherwise you just spent a ton of Crystals and got a shittier SSR weapon than if you had just Exchanged for a f2p SSR weapon.

I don't get what you're complaining about. They're literally giving away a free SSR unit every day in the gacha right now. You get three crystals for logging in, two more for doing the daily quests, and you can spend those five on a free SSR. You can also pull R versions of almost every girl from the free gacha at reasonably high rates without spending crystals at all.

The game is incredibly generous and you've done nothing but look a gift horse in the mouth since you started because you're unwilling to take five seconds to figure out how it works or just look it up.

It's a voting/popularity contest event. By beating the event stages, you get tickets and megaphones. The tickets are used to vote for your favorite flower knights, and the total amount of tickets you earn before the event ends decides what rewards you get once it's over. You don't need to vote, just earn the tickets.

There's a detailed list in-game, but the big milestones are 3000 tickets for the event girl (Lycaste, the pink-haired lady) and all her skill/equip boosts, 5000 tickets for all event equipment and 10000 tickets for all unique rewards. Past 10000 tickets, you get 5000 gold for every 5000 tickets, but in terms of pure efficiency that's a complete waste of time so there's no reason to go any further outside of wanting more votes for your favorite cuties.

The megaphones are used to summon one of 4 kinds of stages: danchou EXP (has the big EXP letters), Gold (coin icon), character EXP pinatas (EXP spirits icon) and equipment EXP pinatas (equipment EXP spirits icon). These stages cost 0 stamina.

I can't speak for X-OverD, but on FKG you can easily get the event girls while grinding the fairy maps on Wednesday and Sunday. The current event is a bit exceptional in that it requires heavy stamina investment (it's a once-in-a-year popularity contest event), but you only need 500 ballots for Lycaste and all event stages have roughly the same ballot/stamina ratios (unlike say Aigis, in which you want to farm only the 90/12 or 80/7 maps). You should be able to get her within a day.

If you want to power up early on, you can also drop 10-15 flower stones (+any stamina nectar you've gotten, be sure to turn in your daily quests since the first search quest rewards them) on fairy dailies as soon as you can do the highest-stamina one (which has no 5-year fairies and guarantees at least a 100-year). As for gacha, you can roll as much as you like, since there are few other uses for flower stones and you regularly get 100-150 per month (the last few months have been especially plentiful, I'm currently at 556 in 2 months).

Also note that from tomorrow onward we're getting the second part of the anniversary campaign, which should include a good number of flower stones (either 25 or 40, most likely), a gold of your choice and possibly some 100-year fairies. Lastly, if you'd like some early help with the stages, please send a friend request to 504461103.

Elizabeth and Rachel can't replace archers in rush of flying units case, they're too slow without skill. I have Rachel on DMM and she can't replace archers with her long wt skill. My Claire and Spica are still rocking

You'll always want two archers for certain maps, so unless you get a better one you'll still want to keep her on hand. Her Triple Shot is still a very powerful tool, too.

Honestly, if you're in a situation where you can spare team space to keep Spica on the bench, I'd deploy AW Bashira post-patch over Spica.

Yeah, what I'm trying to get at is that Bashira and Spica aren't really needed on DMM now, though they're usable sometimes.

New buffs:

Princesses, Dragon Princesses and Vampire Princesses gain HP and defense, and gain attack speed after awakening. Same for Immortal Princesses exceot they attack instead of defense.

Vampire Princesses also get the HP recovery after attacking as a class ability.

Awoken Bandits get gold get as a class skill.

Dark Fighters get their defense increasing as HP lowers perk from the start.

Avenger damage increase starts at 90% HP.

Magic Fencers get magic damage without using their skills.

Dragon Riders get HP and defense.

Royal Guards get HP regen.

Archers, Mages, Alchemists, Cannons, Onmyouji, and Dragon Shamans get more attack.

Witches and Dark Priests get more attack and range.

Shamans get more attack and more range after CC.

Bishops get bonus damage against undead.

And that's just the class-wide bonuses.

the new girl looks good and 鬼刃姫 is on rate up too, so my dick demanded that I roll even though I didn't have much SCs left not that I have much roll luck, as have only gotten 3gacha blacks from rolling in 2years of playing.
