You'll find solace in the few Kotomine appearance and the heartwarming Ilya slice of life scenes but overall you'll be bored 90% of the time.

There are some random awesome moments. Some characters go bye bye quite unexpectedly. HF is the darkest of the paths. Plenty of talk about raep and worse.

There are parts when the story gets pretty lame because for some reason Nasu decided it would be a good idea to have a bunch of "LOLWEAREJUSTEATING" scenes. They will GRATE on your patience. You will be able to trudge though,as HF's best parts is seeing Shirou destroy his ideals and learning more about Sakura.

Dont go in expecting action as you'll only be very sorely dissapointed. Fighting is nearly non-existant in HF especially from Shirou as he is more focused on living for his own reasons and always trying to push himself despite the fact he has no chance.

Easily the greatest route in Fate/Stay Night. Only thing holding it back from being Nasu's best was the COOKING. IF I SEE ONE MORE GOD DAMN PIECE OF TOAST

UBW was the best route. It showed the minor characters is such a fantastic light - Fake Assassin, Lancer, Caster, Kuzuki and Berserker turned into something else.

Fate was Fate, and HF was a complete disappointment.
