Maybe this is a little off topic, if so then my apologies. But I just saw a girl get cold and sneeze in an eroge I was reading. Do Japanese people actually sneeze when they get cold? Is it a genetic thing? When I get cold, I may shiver, or my teeth may clatter, or I may rub my hands together to cause friction and create warmth. I never have sneezed because I was cold. But then again, I am of European descent.

Normally I would just chalk it up to being another dumb anime cliche. However, I have a friend who suffers from ACHOO syndrome so I realize there are different things that cause sneezing for different people, some of them possibly having basis in one's genetics. Maybe sneezing when someone gets chilly is a real thing? If anyone could shed light on this I'd be very interested in hearing about it. Thank you.

As far as I can tell, Liber7 is its own self contained story just as 11eyes is. Unlike that pic which is in jest, I've seen a couple offhand direct references to events in 11eyes but they're not plot important I don't think, thought I'm only in the very beginning. They also have the same setting.
Even for 11eyes in it there's some pretty direct references to other previous works from the company, though I haven't read those. I liked 11eyes and I guess I recommend you read it first but I wouldn't want you to go in with the mindset that you do or die absolutely have to read it first or else, or likewise reading it just for the sake of it. I guess I could say there's no need to rush to read the new work just as much as there's no need to fret over stuff you might miss in it from the previous ones, but someone more well versed in their works might have a different opinion.

You can tell most writers give up at that point and revert to the most common cliches that completely go against character's personalities. Porn scenes are usually pretty unimportant to the story in most vns. Why would you buy the porn version when you can just pirate it? Buying the console version with extra content then pirating the 18+ version for porn content is the best way to experience a vn. Also most console version have more or better voice acting because some VA refuse to work with 18+ materials, as well as more/better visual features and user interfaces. Toheart2 is a perfect example.

I'm playing Dies irae Amantes Amentes and I honestly regret it. Putting aside the censored plot CGs with gore and other stuff either erased or crudely covered in black, the lack of porn actually makes the story disjointed... for example, in Kasumi's route, the fact she had sex with MC is joked about and referenced despite there being no indication in-game that they had had sex (they kissed and that was that). This was very off putting. Additionally, although I can't say for sure because I haven't read the 18+ version, but there was VERY little romance with Kasumi, to the point the romance between them was hard to recognize, I imagine the H-scenes actually helped strengthen the romance between them. As it stands, with the 18+ cut, their relationship seems weak and the references to the sex which was never said to happen were offputting. I'm halfway through Kei's route and I still don't know if they had sex after the choice that went onto her route, it was hinted at but I can't say for sure, and that kind of guesswork is a negative thing in my opinion. The porn wasn't necessary, absolutely not, but cutting it has made even the most story of storyges worse for reasons completely unrelated to fapping.
>>16311950
Again, definitive doesn't mean your preferred version. Definitive requires it to have ALL the good aspects. It can't be the definitive version if you have to pirate another version to accompany it.

I actually agree, lowering the price of a vns wont necessarily lead to more sales and could just lower the profit magins and there is the issue of lowering the perceived value of your vn, it's the same reason companies like Ubisoft won't lower the price of their games even though they would still make billions.

When a game goes to console there already exists a predetermined market market price, they can't sell the vn for more than a AAA game.

You can't make up for the lack of romance with H-scenes. It doesn't work like that. If anything that would make the H-scene off-putting because there was nothing to lead up to it, it just happened out of nowhere.
Then again I haven't played Dies Irae yet so I can't say for sure, but that's what it sounds like. The references to the sex are a problem though, there should've been a fade to black to imply they've had sex, or the references should've been cut out completely.

I wouldn't say "make up for" the lack of romance, just strengthened the feel. It's not trying to be a moege, of course, so I'm not expecting or asking for it to have a bunch of SOL romance scenes. Rather, as it stands, it felt as if they allotted 20 bits for romance, 15 of them were for sex, 5 for the buildup and kiss, and when they cut out the 15 sex, they didn't add 15 of something else to make up for it, so where the romantic development should have been, was just mainly a hole. So the feel wasn't there.

Kei's route, as a side note, has the same problem with referencing sex that was cut, but there's a lot more bits devoted to romantic buildup such that it definitely had romantic payoff whereas Kasumi's didn't. So I really just think it was a balance problem. They balanced too much on sex for Kasumi so when it was cut her route actually suffered, instead of just shrugging it off because plot matters more.

I thought I'd give it a try but really cant bother after reading this shit, I'm not sure what the fuck is akabesoft doing anymore. The fight scenes in the final two chapters, particularly the ones not involving Chitose or Zephyr felt a bit on the long side, but all-in-all I enjoyed this title. Judging from the cover, it looks like the sequel will focus on a different cast.

It's usually trailers, trials and patches (for other games) that get cut, as far as I know. Some devs fill empty space with that stuff because why not. Especially patches are nice as such fans get those physical along the line for the older games and don't necessarily need the net for it.

sometimes devs put in junk data on purpose to mess with pirates, both making it harder to find the data they need to crack something and taking up space so pirates have more data they need to waste downloading (think of downloading a 700mb game that compresses well vs a 4gb file that doesn't)

Finished Kiss's route.

Consider the double slit experiment. Light takes time to travel, so there must be a delay between the electron passing through the double slit and the observer observing it, right? Imagine you place the experiment sufficiently far away that the person can choose to observe or not observe the experiment after the electron passes through the double slit, then that choice decides whether the electron behaves as a wave or a particle. Then you're changing the past, right? Since you're influencing an event that happened before you made the choice.

This might seem trivial, but it makes sending information back in time possible. Set up a bunch of double slit experiments, then future you can choose which ones to observe, sending a message in binary to past you when you check to see which particles formed wave patterns.

I can see why this wouldn't be possible in practice due to the limitations of working with light-speed distances and the difficulty of controlling observing, but anyone know why this isn't theoretically possible? Because it seems to me to be clear proof that sending information back in time is possible.

>> No.16314865

>>16314817
I'm not playing Akikuru so I am not sure in what context the double slit experiment is brought up, but I assume you are talking about putting a device at the slits to determine which one the light passes through. The answer is that the presence of the device constitutes a 'measurement', quantum mechanically speaking, so whether you look at the result or not the light will behave like a particle. If you don't put the device at the slits, the presence of the screen is also a 'measurement' (of the light's position) so once it reaches the screen it stops behaving like a wave. This is why the intensity of the interference fringes depends only on the number of photons reaching the screen.

>> No.16314910

>>16314865
So the device observing the slits has to actually interfere with the light in some way, in order to detect which slit it passes through, in the same way the screen obviously interferes with the light? Doesn't that mean the "observer effect" is really just the same as classical physics' observer effect, where the act of observing is physically interfering with the object? How is this interesting?

And if it's not interfering with the light, then is there some sort of delay between the act of measuring and the light passing through the slits?

>> No.16314958

>>16314910
Yes, measurements are just interactions with measuring devices. Observations/measurements disturb the system (this is what collapse of the wavefunction refers to, the system picks out a state to be in).

The interesting part is this, which is the main takeaway from quantum mechanics: quantum systems are not in definite states until a measurement is made. This is completely different from the classical view. This is actually one of the great triumphs of quantum theory since it answers a philosophical question (what is happening before a measurement?) with physical experimentation. (This result is referred to as Bell's theorem, and it requires some additional assumptions but that is the broad outline).

I'm not sure what you are getting at with the second question, but here is something else that might be relevant. Quantum mechanics is actually nonlocal. This means that things can happen instantaneously. The experiment in the EPR paradox is an example, as is the collapse of the wavefunction. Basically when you take a measurement, the system instantly falls into a definite state. But note that this is not inconsistent with relativity theory, since you can't actually send information faster than light.

I haven't seen the final ending of the game yet so I can't comment there, but he's definitely right about it being a romcom at heart. It almost feels like a reverse of the narrative structure of Harukuru, where that opened with a light-hearted moege with hints of a deeper story and a genre switch to a serious plot, Akikuru opens with a well-developed story, setting and plot with a mix of lewd jokes and fun to lighten the mood every now and again, and then gradually increases the density until it's basically your typical moege where they insert a fantasy gimmick to make it seem unique, but obviously much better written. This is not a criticism, I'm enjoying it immensely.
I still have high hopes for a more conclusive and powerful ending then what Hadler described though, there's definitely the build-up in place for it.

So while most do the kuru here, I'll try out this. I'd assume it's along the lines of the "Seiiki" series. Same author too. For Seiiki I didn't really care about the sister nor anyone else really though.
Here there are two girls from the start. Though there's also a sister without a route (pic related), so I wouldn't be surprised if there are future titles too.. which I probably wouldn't care about either. I dunno, the charm of a short "few heroines" mid-price titles kinda gets lost if you add more and more games which essentially function the same as routes in normal full price games. It's hard to go with just samples here, but to me it looked like someone just got her on board because she's popular, regardless of if it fits or not. Especially recently with how fucking much Kawashima voices, it gets painfully obvious what kind of character she usually does with that voice, though she CAN do different stuff. (usually under a different alias though?) So the sample rather clashed with what character the girl seemed to be. Figured maybe she switches it up or.. something.

Well, miscasts do happen. The newest Asaproject had that as well, as far as I recall. So it wouldn't be the only one fucking that up if that's true. Again, can't really judge this myself just from the sample though.

I'd assume most character designs (both character and visuals) are done before the voice-actors are hired.

Voice-acting is quite a thing anyway. You really hear it if they try or if they just do it in whatever way. Sadly not a lot of devs really do put a lot of work into it. It's a bit more than just hiring "big names". Or.. I'm just crazy.

>> No.16317523

Yeah I agree, its also one of the reasons why I really like Baseson, even though they have more than 50 heroines in all of their series, they choose their VA very carefully. Most of them happens to be very famous while some of them are just new faces, but all of their voices fit perfectly. Choosing right voices for all those characters must be as hard as writing the game itself imo.

>> No.16317577

>>16317523

I'd go even further and say that the same voice actor can totally shine in a game and be "average" in another. I do have the feeling a lot of Yuzusoft voice-acting is just ahead of what a lot of other moege devs offer. For example both Nene and and Meguru got a LOT of character thanks to their voice actresses in Sanoba Witch, heavily helping defining their character. Those same voice actors don't even achieve remotely the same in many other moege. Voice-directing. In part at least.

Sono Hanbira is also a series with a lot of really high quality stuff. New Generation has a few really great performances around. (i.e. I really liked Tanaka Lili there) Even though the actors don't stand out much outside of it. But as far as I know, the dev works together with the actresses a lot more than it's normal. At least for the older cast there's like radio programs and shit and obviously the characters are also kinda built over years in the end.

I mean it's not like it's bad, it's just that it's.. "normal". Like, honestly, a whole lot of voice-acting out there obviously is. The best I can say it is that the characters are completely made by the voice-actress, and seems replaceable. It's like they just come together really well. Most of the time I don't have that feeling, even for some characters I really really like. (i.e. Meguru isn't even one of my favorite characters or something like that..)

Because it's fucked up already? I mean they always fuck something up, and Kamidori wasn't an exception, just people still liked the grind or something.
The alchemy part itself was terrible, if you ever played something by Gust it's pretty obvious. Grind material for a new weapon which gives +1 attack, while you get the same with a lucky level-up? Worth is something different. If you do make an alchemy based system, the equipment should MAKE your character, not the fucking level and base-stats. And they had to mix it with Fire Emblem, where the whole idea is "light rpg mechanics that don't get into the way of the strategy element"? What the fuck were they thinking. Just take a look at Alice-Softs Blade Briders to see how to clone Fire Emblem well and add good additional features. (although it starts too easy and ends shitty, unfortunately)

Oh well, the way dungeons worked was pretty fun at least I feel. If they'd recycle that and actually add a working system that's not having some major flaw on top of it, it could be really good. I kinda doubt it though.

Doubt Eushully would ruin their meister series but we'll see.
Honestly after 2013 they should've just focused on more 戦記 titles and made a more polished Madou.

After all somehow they managed to make a protagonist that acted like a general more or less, with actual personality/conflicts and where your choices also had consequences. Too bad they never followed up on that.

I'm relatively casual person (MLA, Baldr Series, Muramasa, Higurashi, etc...). Does the story still hold up sans nostalgia goggles? It's not an VN, but a while ago I gave the Slayers LN a try and...the writing for stuff back then seems bad. (Or is slayers just especially bad?)

If you don't care about alchemy, the Gust Atelier games are obviously not your thing. Eushully half-assing that in weird ways doesn't change though. It's like Kami no Rhapsody having an overall pretty good S-Rpg system, except the magic system which is utter garbage where I can't understand how anyone could've possibly deemed that acceptable.

Finished playthrough 1 of the new VenusBlood game.

I always thought in the previous games that they needed a better way to find units, and for this game they finally added a whole bunch of searching/filtering/sorting options. Other than that, the squad building gameplay was enjoyable as usual.

And Sailove Akeno done.

Simple, but effective? Something along those lines. It doesn't have any major plot in the route, or any drama to speak of. It's a simple romance with a bit of some dating and whatnot afterwards. (And sex, lot's of sex)
Also it's short, so it doesn't fuck around too long, but doesn't really feel too short... except if you look at the price, unfortunately. It feels a bit like a cation game, just with better use of supporting characters (a sister and the other heroine), and less dragged out and obviously no dating-sim stuff. But once the sex starts, it's coming pretty much back to back. Though the scenes aren't THAT long, you pretty much entered the last ~hour at that point.

I thought it was quite nice for a change, as they really didn't try to do any silly drama for the hell of it and just told a simple romance, although the story setup at the start can be taken as a bit weird. Probably worth a look if you liked something like Kanojo no Seiiki. (same author and all)

As a side-note. We recently talked a bit about music use in eroge here, and this title is actually one that uses silence quite a bit. Quite interesting.

Finished Ayumi's route.

Anyone else think that maybe the VN would have been better if it was about the school rebellion? Imagine what a great story it would've been, a group of children born as an experiment, each possessing individual special powers, treated as guinea pigs for most of their life, finally rising up and declaring their independence and their freedom. Dealing with the trauma of their suffering and overcoming it, they unite together and bring in weapons, declaring war against the government and against human society. The little comedic scenes happening in the midst of an isolated warzone, the contrast between serious fighting and fun romance. And the slow, crippling despair as they realise they can't possibly win, watching their friends fall one by one and their hope fade, the force of human military overcoming their crude and untrained powers. It would've been so great.

I was slightly disappointed I think. The no-pantsu scene was hilarious of course, but the whole tower mystery was just "I wonder what that's about" into Satori appearing and explaining everything, not really any "mystery" about it. The way they had her overcome her trauma was nice but the trauma itself probably needed to be foreshadowed some more to have some proper impact, it felt a little too out of the blue. Ending was good though. In any case Kiss's route was definitely better.

I went ahead and finished Misaki's and Himeka's routes. They both surpassed by admittedly low expectations for the game, but there were still a couple things I didn't really like about them.

Misaki's route felt like it if anything is the game's true route and was supposed to build off of the points presented in Himeka's, but there was no real prior indication and both routes are available from the start. Doing Misaki's first kind of felt like it dampened the impact of of one of the events toward the end of Himeka's and ended up spoiling part of the twist with Himeka's past. I'm normally not a fan of enforcing route orders, but in this case, forcing the player to do Himeka before Misaki would have made a lot of sense.
Also, the further I got into the route, the more Kawashima's voice started bothering me again. Even ignoring the fact that it really didn't fit the character design at all, it sort of sounded like she was getting over a cold at the time of recording.

All in all, I liked these two routes a lot more than Yurino's. They weren't perfect, but they were better than I expected from a Windmill moege (especially Himeka's, which almost felt out of place in a game like this). I'm not really sure how much the last two will be able to add, but I think I might try to go through them at some point too

Like I said, some people may enjoy it. For example, someone may actually find all the muscle jokes funny or the male friend's constant straightmaning funny and that'd go a long way. For me, I just was reading it for the sister romance and it was so belated and so much of the game boring when it did come that I had already fully lost interest.
On the bright side, it's not really a nukige at all, so there's that, for better or worse.

Are you seriously asking this?
It's (obviously) utter garbage if you want to play it for anything but the porn. In fact you are still better off just getting a full save as the overall shittyness will only make you dislike the characters. (I'd say it's even worse than something like Koikuma in that aspect but it's also way more direct nukige)
That said, the porn is also pretty much as expected. So if you liked that aspect of other games by the dev, go for it?

It just feels you are really playing an eroge and not just some silly porn with everything being an excuse to lead to it, or something where the porn is shoved in for no reason, or just a moege where at some point you get swarmed with ero for "quota" reasons. Personally I would go with Machigurumi no Wana or Onegai Tasukete 2 If you want to play the girl getting raped. Large amounts of porn.

Hard to say, mostly because I never finish 9 out of 10 nukiges I start and I think its unfair to judge them w/out checking all scenes.
Out of those I 100%ed definitely first Demonion. I revisited some scenes there many, many times.

But if we expand question to non-VN eroge and non-ge japanese ero, eromanga usually has much higher "re-read" rate for me than VNs or eroge, and several rpgmaker rpgs have higher "re-read" value than VNs. VNs tend to try stuck some unneeded drama or plot even in nukiges, and discrepancies between my fantasies and actual events there ruin all the fun for me, while manga often gets things exactly right. On other hand manga is too short, many things I loved had only one 20-page chapter, and longer ones like Dorei-san went off-track in the middle.

Out of non-VN eroge: Dungeons & Prisoners, its permanently unfinished due to author's skin rotting and festering, but I spent like more than 50 hours replaying trial. Also good stuff: Violated Heroine (esp.

A bit, but then I remember there are countless 90's-early 00's eroge I have yet to play. My only concern is if I run out of those eventually and have to dig for the few eroge that have come out since then.

Even those attempts to break the mold are by the numbers and safe in their own way. They're very much calculated risks, where the company wants something with enough freshness to make it a selling point but not enough uniqueness to risk alienating any significant portion of the market.

I wouldn't say that they're safe at all. For example I think its pretty okay to call Natsukumo Yururu as a break the mold one, but it sold way less than some nukiges, I'm not even comparing with some bigger titles. Well yeah probably having a theme not everyone would enjoy and all loli heroines effected the sales as well, but only 130 points? Its less than 1/6 of Wagamama High Spec, some random moege which was average.

>Wagamama High Spec, some random moege which was average.
This is way too long, but I have to try.
This is the first time and will be (or perhaps) the last time that I will post something here. Also, take note that just like many others, I have a life that I have to fulfill, so I don't have all the time to do whatever I want. Before it, I did read just a pathetic few both English and Japanese ones though. Also, pardon me if I am misleading as I am still really terrible at Japanese (I can't even form my own sentences!).
So, a few days ago, I have completed Wagamama High Spec. I went with it, gambled my own luck on "more of the same type of writing again" despite of what I've said before.
I was wrong, and I definitely didn't had wasted my time on it.
If you don't plan to read this at all, I just want to share this: "The worst place you can be is when you are all alone." I may or may not agree with this, but this is basically one of the cores that made it in my opinion, a very successful one for what it was about.
Here is my brief thoughts about the routes:
Mihiro - She is definitely one of the better female characters out there in this stagnant world of stereotypical archtypes that lack of a real (funny and devilish, yet innocent and kind in and from the heart, no ill intentions and personal greed and selfishness to a lesser extent) personality and the struggles and facades that they themselves actually need to have just to barely get the interest of the likes of myself. Story wise, nothing was filler and in my view, and somehow, I even find her love scenes were good both aesthetically and emotionally. Her voice was both very adorable and admirable, in my opinion. Remember the name of Ousaki Chyio and you will find her in the ranks of Saito Chiwa, Hazuki Erino and Hirohashi Ryou (ironically, they were the Aria's Trio).
There was a part where it was very cringe-worthy though, so beware of that when the time comes.
It's highly recommended to read through this without skipping like I did to find and then respect the efforts that the writer had put into some of those little details.
Toa - Initially, I wasn't interested about her at all, but as I read through the story, she had grown on me to be the most surprisingly adorable yet entertaining (edging out Mihiro in these respective areas) character of all. It was also in my experience, despite being incest, the most emotional route of the four, and it wasn't blown up like those Key works, regardless of the worship that they got. As the story progresses, her character gets more dynamically complex yet crystal clear so that regardless of the Achilles Hill that I will mention a little bit later, it was supposed to be the "best" one of the four that I had read. If you pay enough attention, you will realize how gifted Gouto Mai is, unless you do not appreciate this kind of acting, of course. Without her talent, Toa herself wouldn't be as visceral as she should have been anymore.
Ashe - This route had the best starter of all. Then it goes down, and way up again. Maybe the flashbacks may turn some of you off, but I find all of them to be essential to make it worked.
The writer is very decent in creating drama scenarios, and with this ability, he proofs that this is what a properly done human drama should be (in my opinion) and not those that have forgotten the roots and thus must rely only on either the positive or the negative, shock values and unnecessary gimmicks to drive everything into a hole.
Besides of what I had said, there are two main flaws that I can point out: I have repeated this once, but still, I find that the middle part of both Ashe and Toa's stories were painful in the way of dryness and two, the jokes (everyone has different sense of humor) are rather hit and miss, but when it is a hit, it's effective for me. Besides these two, I almost find the two side male characters to be filler. I also do consider the setups to be a little too good to be true, but for what it is, it's a good problem to have.
This is not really necessary, but I will just add on another thing: the teacher, Yukari, aka the real best girl in WamaHigh (the 29 years-old running gag is lame, though), could have gotten a route herself as I found her to have the qualities of a "heroine", and unless maybe it's about her finding her other half other but not the protagonist, it shouldn't be a romantic one, whatever your thoughts might be.
Overall and to put it immaturely, although it is definitely neither the first visual novel (I am missing out) that is similar like this one nor perfect and I cannot even consider it as literature at all, it was perfectly acceptable for some of the themes that the writers had skillfully blended in the four respective stories.

I'm not sure if its a troll post or not, But if you liked ワガママハイスペック that much it just means you are a moege person, its all. I'm not saying it was bad, but it wasn't specially good for sure, just an average moege with a nice art & VA set. After trying those kind of games a while you'll see that it wasn't something special at all.

I think this is more a problem with branding and publicity being the reason people buy games. For us pirates, we can try every game that comes out and know which ones are good, but your average casual Japanese consumer? They've got no way of knowing Natsukuru is an amazing masterpiece and Wagamama High Spec is just average, they'll just go out and buy based off the brand, cover art, advertising and shit like that. I know trials and reviews exist, but I'll bet most buyers don't look at them that much.

Uh, "casuals" do not buy eroge. Eroge is fucking expensive and niche. No one except hardcore otaku buy them and those people usually browse the net a lot.

The simple truth is that most paying customers just want cute girl simulators and escapism rather than profound writing.

I dont agree, First of all they are pretty much pirates just like us. They buy one or two games, and download others. For example Sengoku Koihime X got way more sales after the release date because people were suspicious about the extended version, but then they actually tried the game / read the reviews about the new content and started to buy it after that. So yeah there's a small chance that they might not know Natsukuru's quality at the pre-order time (I'm pretty sure they could guess it from the harukuru tho) but that doesn't really explain the after sales at all.

I'm not saying Natsukuru should have been the best sellers of the year or anything dude, But seriously it couldn't even get the top ten of june, the month it got released, with the Harukuru's reference.

Yeah, the problem is that it's a bit complicated to use
First, you need to download their bullshit software that may or not may be a piece of shit malware (it's recommended you run it under a VM)
Then you need to register an account but that might not be required these days, I'm not sure
Then you need to find the game through their search and start downloading at painful speeds - we're talking about 10-30kb/s at best, sometimes the download won't even start because of some shitty copyright checks or whatever
If you really want it that bad I could just download it for you

I really need to write a guide on this retarded thing one of these days because I think it's the best source of eroge, obscure or not, and it's worth suffering through

I don't see it there, but the main advantage of this godforsaken service is that it keeps files forever
Many files got uploaded close to a decade ago, back when Japanese P2P were still big so now you can't get these files through P2P as they're unseeded but clubbox still hosts them
Basically you go to clubbox.co.kr and use the search box to find the stuff you want, just be aware that its search doesn't recognize some kanji for some reason and it replaces these "unknown" kanji with a $ sign or ー with - for example and sometimes it translates Japanese file names to Korean ones
If you're searching for some really rare files you should use keydb.telegrip.info (goes down a lot lately) to check if the file was available on Share at some point in the past

>> No.16333419

>>16333384
Hm yeah, it does seem like books are a lot rarer than eroge, even new popular ones. Probably because they're cheap to get for natives so people don't bother to upload. That keydb site sounds useful, I'll keep it in mind for when it comes back up.

That's a silly suggestion in the beginning, DLsite and Getchu are already pretty much perfect distribution platforms, there's nothing they could offer.
Furthermore, I find that sentiment on the bottom "I paid enough into the industry with all the good I bought", pretty annoying. Like, what the hell? You've bought 10 books so now you feel justified in gettting ALL books you want for free? Not even from one creator, but from ALL creators? Would he be able to look a 2017 eroge developer in the face and say "I bought a lot of games from 2007, so I feel I dont need to pay for yours"? Baffling.
