Do you like the atmosphere/experience of living there?

I'd be constantly worried if I took them anywhere partcularly urban, so natural environments are better for me. That said, I do want to take Patchouli to all sorts of libraries.

Not really. I mean, sure it's convenient to have everything I need within walking or cycling distance, but it isn't like I leave the house much anyway. Streets are dirty and the people all walk around depressed, or at least seem that way. I'm not any better with my hood and headphones on, but that's how I adapted. Better to immerse myself in music than the obnoxiousness of the city. The air quality is bad and the atmosphere is generally unfriendly. It feels tight. Cities are so dense it makes me sick sometimes.

There are a lot of forests, but they're all pretty far away. And a lot of people happen to walk through them as chance would have it, since there are so many people. I don't know where I would take my fumos, if anywhere at all. No matter where I go there will always be someone else there. It's very ironic, how the people so disconnected and minding their own business in their solitary pursuit are the ones intruding my privacy. I wouldn't be able to find an empty, peaceful field to take my Reimu, when she arrives of course.

At least there are a lot of libraries, so Patchy should be happy.

This year after browsing /fumo/ for a while I finally started collecting fumos. I bought four of my five favorite Touhous (the one missing, Nitori, has no fumo). I am waiting warmly for the February release of Kasen and etc. I am incredibly pleased with starting to collect fumos, and can't wait for more soft.

Thank you /fumo/ for always providing nice, easy content and cute pictures. They have improved my general mood a lot since I got them since they're so pleasant to look at and hug. I only regret not buying more!

This is already Koishi, Satori, and Flan's second run. If they get a re-release it probably won't be a for a while. Like all okatu merch, if you try to get them later, it's going to hurt your wallet a lot more. Mokou before re-release was ridiculously rare and expensive. Ran right now is impossible to find in good condition for cheap.

Personally I really wanted Kasen and Koishi, but sold myself on Satori and Flan too, so I could get Koishi's sister and if they (hopefully) release another Remi I'll have her sister too.

Ultimately it's your money but personally I'm just going to bite the bullet every time. When I first got into fumos, Kokoro was new. I only got Marisa in that batch since she was my favorite, and I regret not getting Kokoro. It was the same with Koishi, but Gift bailed me out.

I ordered two fumos from AmiAmi last year. To Massachusetts, shipping was about 2500 yen (tough to tell because I had a nendo in the order too) for EMS. It came very quickly, as almost all my orders from AmiAmi tend to do.

I don't honestly know what's better but when it comes time to actually pay for your order (in February, assuming you are ordering from the current stock) you'll be able to see how much shipping will cost for each method; you are not locked into your choice now.

I only recently discovered softness and bought nine girls via Buyee from YAJ and Amazon JP, with great success. Read the machine-translated descriptions carefully and you can usually get a good understanding of the condition. I found that most of the sellers are upfront and describe the conditions she has been stored in (including smoking/non-smoking house, dark room, display shelf, etc.) and will often include photos of rare blemishes (even tiny, if any at all); my Suwako's hat had a few marks on it, that weren't mentioned, but I was able to clean it quite easily. I found that sellers who use a templated description with five or so active auctions for different fumos, and 500-1000 good feedback, were very good. Stay away from any auctions that just have a single photo from Gift or Ami. Buyee fees are much cheaper for Amazon JP than YAJ but there are less girls available and they can be more expensive.

YW. I saw that seller's listings for some other girls and was also disappointed to see the note about smoking. Personally, I would avoid that one; I've been fortunate to have always lived in smoke-free homes and few of my friends or family have smoked over the years, so I'm very sensitive to the smell.
