The event takes places in Tokyo Big Sight and it's divided on 2 parts, the east and west, east having 123 hall, 456 hall and the newest addition the 7th hall.

Pic related is one of the East halls, each square with a number is a spot for circle, a circle is a group of artist that plan to sell their material and apply for at spot a comiket, which is made by a lottery, some big/famous circles are exempt from this lottery and they are placed in the wall spots.

The event has 3 days, this time the first is touhou/kankore and music, second is gay but this time it has gup stuff and the third is porn day.

They're selling that at the Anime Style booth in the corporate area. Last event they had a shitload of books left and the line was pretty thin, so I may pick it up if I happen to wander by while it is easy to get.

On the other hand, they have been selling their books through Amazon Japan at the MSRP so you should be able to get it easily that way otherwise. The one downside is the Comiket version usually comes with a small rakugaki type book, which you won't be able to get through Amazon.
