Is Kasumi K2B worse than her K2?

I researched on Himeuta and found this:

If not for K2B being able to carry large radars people would certainly take K2 over K2B, no doubt about that. You claim yasen power isn't the only thing that matters, and it isn't, but you speak as if it doesn't matter at all. People oversimplify everything to firepower/yasen power/AACI/tank carrying ability because at the end of the day, everything else is only good as a tiebreaker. This is one of those games where the ability to deal damage is far more important than the ability to tank it (with the exception of AACI). It's not without a reason that CLTs are still vastly favoured over CAs when not fighting installations.
