But that is because of the long history between youkais and humans, youkais were infamous to do nasty shit against humans, but that was before they went to Gensokyo.

And even there, youkais and humans actually have an nonaggression agreement. That's why in the games you play bullet hell and don't actually fights to kill your enemy (even so, the spellcard duel is pretty dangerous for normal humans).

So yeah, she, and every human in gensokyo have a reason to be scared or suspicious about youkais.
