/jp/ is a better fit for this thread, I already browse threads here like untranslated vn thread and akb48g thread. Keeping the thread up after the bump limit for a day or two is completely normal, and much better since we can easily reach 1000+ posts per thread like akb48g thread (which often times gets reset once it reaches 300 image cap).

All otaku related activities take place on the computer (other than the ones that need to be partaken of in person, which nobody here is doing), but computers themselves are not otaku culture. They are simply the medium by which the vast majority of otaku culture is constructed.
