It's working at about 70c and it's not making any noise!
I'm feeling a bit silly, I've seen people ask about this same problem and people telling them to do that so many times but for some reason I never thought of doing it myself or even googling about it, I just gave the GPU for dead.

I followed the instructions in some video of how to do the thermal paste thing and then took out the PSU and the hard drives, cleaned everything with a brush and compressed air for the fans and hard to reach places.
