Whenever she isn't at Reimu's or working in the village, you blundering idiot. Reimu even teases her about it in this very chapter.

The manga refrain from showing Marisa or Reimu alone because it is rarely an interesting thing to show. The only exceptions are when it's relevant to the plot (e.g. Marisa researching things, Reimu getting tipped off about an incident) or for comedic purposes (Reimu being a dork about books for instance).

And all of this is not even mentioning the fact that, if not for the weather, Marisa would much rather have been outside collecting stuff this chapter, than be cooped up with Reimu indoors. The two spend plenty of time apart. They're just shown together often in the manga because they're its bloody main characters.
