In terms of battle encounters they are mostly friendly enough, for those sides it's simply a matter of at that time they were enemies, so they fought but that is over.

Who is the Crusch of KanColle?

If it's anything to go by Zuikaku in the LN just sort of wakes up in the admiralty, and spends the first few minutes of her new life wondering why an Aircraft Carrier has limbs. Nagato has a line in the anime where she asks why they even exist. When Yuubari is hammering and making the scrapping sound effect the 6th desdiv gets scared, too. The only thing that really points towards the "regular girl" hypothesis is Fubuki being dropped off outside the naval district at the beginning of the anime.
