I love Flandre´s design and I would love to see more of her, but its clear that the only thing we will get its from the community, which depending on your take on touhou it will be very bad, and I understand why
Meanwhile remi has a lot of time in official content and has a defined personality. That and a design that I quite like too makes me like her
