Alright, So here's what I did. I kept the gap from the middle one, but cut out more from the base of the top. This reveals her belly button, and conveniently also has the added effect of making the center of her dress resemble a butterfly. Then I added the straps from the far right design to connect the top to the bottom. Lastly, I made two versions, one with the hips left bare and one where the gap has been filled in, making it look like a single continuous dress with three cut-outs down the center.
