I don't see why people call Zounose's stuff edgy. His stories explore aspects of Gensokyo taken to their logical conclusion (e.g. gods and youkai are not human, don't exist at the same level as humans, and don't reason like humans). The stories also generally have positive conclusions along with jokes and light hearted moments along the way.
