Her other ability regarding the ephemeral is complementary to her manipulation of eternity, and allows control over extremely short time durations. Uh, not really. By using her manipulation of eternity what Kaguya is effectively doing is separating something from the rest of time so that it has no history and no future. She isn't manipulating any borders between 'Now' and 'Forever'. As far as I know, Yukari cannot make something not have a history.

Well look at it this way. Eintei up until the events of IN was affected by Kaguya's power. It was an eternal place in that it was not affected by the passage of time due to having no history and no future.
