>Well, there's no "Power of Instant"
FUN FACT: That's also part of Kaguya's power. She can manipulate Eternity and Instances.

She possesses the ability to manipulate the eternal and the instantaneous. As eternity refers to a world with no history, it is also a world where change is eternally unknown. No matter how much you may try to bring about change in such a world, it is futile in a world where time has essentially stopped.

Her other ability regarding the ephemeral is complementary to her manipulation of eternity, and allows control over extremely short time durations. It allows her to act in periods of time so short as to be imperceptible to human beings. Since these periods are just aggregates of moments in time, they pass normally, but they are far too small to be perceived by normal people. It's said she can manipulate parallel timelines by using these moments.

If now is a unit of existance, and forever is all the units that make up existance, then Forever is made up entirely of units of Now
That means, since it always Now, that it Now is also Forever.

So Now and Forever are both the same thing, and manipulating the border between them means manipulating time itself.
It is never Then or Was, but it is always Now.
Now is Eternal because it cannot BE anything BUT now.
Now will be Now, Forever, until it is Was, in which case it is not Now, but still a part of Forever.

What I ment was Kaguya's manipulation of Eternity is the manipulation of Forever, which is where she gets her manipulation of the Instant.
So manipluating eternity to be now means acting forever in the now.
How this applys to border manipulation is that, it is an actual physical concept like the border of life and death.
So Yukari could manipulate eternity in the same way Kaguya does by manipulating the border between Now and Forever

Uh, not really. By using her manipulation of eternity what Kaguya is effectively doing is separating something from the rest of time so that it has no history and no future. She isn't manipulating any borders between 'Now' and 'Forever'. As far as I know, Yukari cannot make something not have a history.

Perhaps not being able to turn off the elixer is because she now exists at the forefront of Forever, Always one step ahead of Now and never being Was but always Then.

She exists a step ahead of time itself letting her control eternity by being able to change what's going to happen before it happens, which in this case is keeping her cells alive.
I'm guessing that because she can't turn the Elixer off, she also can't turn off being able to manipulate Eternity.
If she could seal that power some how, her immortality would also be sealed.

ZUN specifically states several times that it's a mansion.

From Bohemian Archive in Japanese Red: The mansion with far large garden standing at the Netherworld is called Hakugyokurou, which is a Japanese mansion slightly mixed with an atmosphere of foreign countries. Indeed the mansion is rather large, but there's no denying that it's smaller than the length of the garden.

Perfect Memento in Strict Sense: Hakugyokurou is a mansion that exists in the next world, with a ridiculously huge garden. This is the home of the Saigyouji family, and its garden contains an unimaginable number of cherry trees (*31).

Well look at it this way. Eintei up until the events of IN was affected by Kaguya's power. It was an eternal place in that it was not affected by the passage of time due to having no history and no future.

If Keine decided to go and create the history of a place called Eintei then it would be something totally new since she is creating it from scratch and would not be the same Eintei that Kaguya and company live at.

Get what I'm saying?

This is just an example of course since after IN Kaguya released the spell on Eintei and it's now part of time again. Especially since it has also been recorded by Akyu.
