Yeah, if your computer is too slow to run the emu at full speed then the voices won't play properly. Nothing you can do about that, except experiment with the emu settings to squeeze out more speed (or buy a faster computer)

On my three year old Athlon X2 4800+, the game just barely manages to run at full speed except when two of the girls are onscreen at once. What're your system specs?

Some parts might be due upgrades, but I don't like upgrading too much since old games stop working. I'd almost need some kind of generation PCs, and soon time for a third generation.

I have a dual core processor and it's still pretty shitty. Can't really get anything to run at a playable speed.

Getting a modded PS2 (alternate case + swap discs) is much cheaper than a PC capable of playing these anyway, and it will play all the games too.
