Seriously, one thing is to fap (which is mainly a mental process where you imagine yourself having sex, so it doesn't really matter if it's 2D or 3D) and another totally different thing is sex. If you could actually pull off your fantasies with a real person you wouldn't even oubt when comparing 2D to 3D.

By the way, Pictures of real life people are also 2D. Unless you make a realistic doll out of those 3D pictures it will still be 2D regarless of real-life or anime.

This. In Mathematics (which is great) we don't work with a geometric interpretation of Dimension most of the time, we consider it to be a collection of unrelated properties/variables.

So 5D poster above could be considering three of the "properties" of his system to be like a geometric concept of dimension: Width of Height or whatever, but then might be considering the other two as some other properties: maybe he is measuring "perverseness" or "BDSM level" using the Real Numbers... somehow.
