WAVE mostly does electronic. When people associate them with the orchestral arrangements, they're actually thinking of MORRIGAN, who teamed up with WAVE for those albums. MORRIGAN's been doing those sorts of arrangements for a while now, their most popular arrangement outside of the Touhou series probably being "you - Visionen im Spiegel".
