I do wonder if they'll have any equipment to let them move "more like horses", but I don't know if horse hooves or mimicry of their leg design would help a humanoid design to run faster/better.

Heck, I'm not sure if horse legs are superior or if it's just that their advantage comes from there being 4 legs and generally being larger than humans.

As for your actual question, there are many examples of wings being armed with blades and devices that allow them to serve as shields, as well as other custom parts that take advantage of the unique angles of attack wings can give. Naturally she'd have a different fighting style than her mentor, too.

This is not the duty of the moderation, and the threads which are commonly deleted are deleted for no reason whatsoever.

It's pretty inevitable that I'll get blocked, then most likely banned for this, but it's for the good of the threads. We shouldn't have to suffer through another period of shitty moderation and abuse like we did when we were plagued by that one moderator and kicked off of /a/ for good because of them.

Just look at this thread. A single little mention of the janitor, and he goes nuts deleting everything which could even hint that a conversation's taken place. He's cowing the thread with fear of being banned, and for what? So he can disrupt the harmony and post his own threads? For what reason?
Does he think there's some prestige in him posting the threads? There isn't.
Does he think he's good at it? If these last few threads are by him, then he isn't. Just look at the "edition" thread and the comments levelled at this absolutely bland OP, as little as that might matter.
Does he think it's his responsibility? It isn't. He cleans, that's it. He doesn't interfere with the threads for whatever personal reason he's got. That's exactly what the /a/ mod did, and look where it got us.

For the good of the threads, call him out with the feedback system. You won't get banned for it. It's safe to use.

As for a weapon of choice, a form of bo staff or even tonfas would be good. Combine that with a buckler for when you're too closer for either and I think you're set.

That said, I don't know how a Living Armour would take to you using a shield, but she should be okay with it given that it's a small addition.

Additionally, having equipment like bolas and even having a chain-equipped shield so you have some range with it will help nicely for keeping enemies in place, away and pacified with little more than a big bump to show for it.
