Having just watched all 4 hours of this thing (thanks >>15407468), I think this summarizes many of the choices he made. I didn't find any real enjoyment in it, and most of the "heavier" scenes just felt contrived. I remember outright laughing at a few scenes that were intended to "shock" the viewer.

Jeez, OP. I don't think anyone's a world-class artist who was exceptionally talented from the moment they put pen to paper. Good on the artist for clearly putting a lot of love into this drawing, even if they have some technical stuff to work on.
