Life's not gonna suck, but it's going to be... odd.

10.000 years: Present civilisation will have crumbled. You will still be alive and physically well.

100.000 years: Humanity as we know it will be gone - either extinct or evolved/devolved. You will still be alive and well, but the last genetic human.

1.000.000 - 1.000.000.000 years: You will still be alive and physically well, though you may have spent some time frozen solid through ice ages, or been in stasis through a possible phase without an atmostphere.

5.000.000.000 - 2.000.000.000 years: Dark ages. The sun expands and consumes the earth before crumbling into a white dwarf. You will still be alive, though you may not be awake. Your location will be either on the burned out, starlit earth, or in the core of the former sun, depending where you were at the time of the cataclysm.

At this point in time, you will most likely have been alone for quite some time since most other known organisms will have been extinct for around 10 billion years.

10^100 years: The Milky Way will be long gone. The ruins of the solar system crumble. You will most likely not be awake, since your body will be frozen to -80 degrees celsius, floating in deep space.

10^200 years: The last stars burn out. You will be alive, but probably not awake to watch it. Your body may have broken into pieces.

10^300 - 10^400 years: The last atoms are gone, having dissolved into component particles. Near the end of this era the last elemental particles will have dissolved into radiation. It is impossible to keep a solid body in this universe - you too will exist only as radiation, though you will still be alive. You may also possibly be awake since this form allows movement.

10^600 years: The basic dimensions that make up the universe, including time, cease to exist. Alternate universes may come into being through new Big Bangs. You'll still be alive to see that.

You will. Dissolution into radiation is not a separate process, but a continuation of the process of being frozen solid in deep space - a fatal condition for a mortal. In short for around 10^500 years of the total lifespan of the universe, you will be going through one single extremely slow "death". Your body will not begin to reform physically until you are back somewhere that can support human life - ie. nowhere.
But let's say - as a thought experiment - that a little spot with proper heat, oxygen and gravity should appear in the dead universe, right where you currently "are". You'd reform completely and in perfect health, no matter whether your body is scattered into particles just one step above theoretical energy, since at that moment the process of "dying" ends.
You, as a contained existance, does not suffer particle decay. But you, as a physical dead body, does.
However, you're right from one point of view - if you define immortality as physical immunity, rather than an inifinite ability to recover, you'd continue to exist as you look now, no matter what happens around you.
