4BB+fastsuck will let you have strong shelling phase so that you can kill them with APCI crit.

Bet you guys werent back here for Mizuho, Umikaze, Kazagumo and Graf. This event is fucking heaven going for drop only new boats. Harukaze is 8% and Oyashio is 4% on easy to farm node. Best part is you dont even need fucking support since you can just use land based bombers and click six time at boss.
