I haven't bought figures to date because I'm NEET and what money I CAN spend on anime-related items goes towards DVDs and manga. I've seen quite a few I wish I could have gotten, though, and once I have a steady income stream I intend to start collecting.

Somehow though, I feel like I'm partially better off now, as if there's no return to any semblance of normalcy once I start buying figures (kind of like with pillows).
