Looks to me like it's either the Onscripter engine fucking up randomly again, or corrupt source files.

Here's something you may want to try. If tsukihime works for you, go into the tsukihime folder, copy the main exe and paste it into the Anon folder. Run this copied tsukihime exe and it should work.
