Because we had Mariko-sama pulling retarded jokes that, while retarded, made the whole thing entertaining. Because Sayaka and Takamina's interactions were fantastic. Because the fat female comedians who were invited also interacted great with the girls - for example, that one with Yuihan.

If the current girls would have been in those episodes, said episodes would have been dull as fuck. If the girls from back then had been in the latest ones, they'd have been actually entertaining.

And I know me mentioning them so much must be annoying, but fuck it: the songwriting episodes came about after Yamada from Team 8 had to write a song with the nande darou guys as a punishment in Muchaburi Dodgeball, and it turned out to be extremely entertaining, so a few months later they made a couple of episoded - and actually invited fun members, like Chori and Karen who sung, one about being a dyke, and the other one about liking anal. And they haven't been invited much since... and Karen is ded.
