It's a well known fact youkai dont really have any sort of kinshep between themselves. Yukari donates and helps Reimu, the youkai exterminator. Other youkai have even teamed up with her to stop incidents, or just hang around her shrine, even help rebuild it.
No #youkailivesmatter here, if a youkai is exorcised, the rest will just think they had it coming and move along with their lives.
