About 9 years ago, a German girl gave me a valentines card. She had probably genius level IQ, fluent in 4 languages and learning more, top 10 in the country in some math competition, etc. And almost as bad social skills as me, but more due to circumstance than genetics, so ideal waifu material. Pretty much a real life version of Kotomi from Clannad. Of course, I fucked up the relationship irreparably, but she was the only person I ever loved and probably the only person I ever will love. Back then I would have become a normalfag if I had the skill, and not regretted it for a moment.

I just give my wife flowers and chocolate which we end up eating together anyway. Roses look so out of place in our dumpy apartment, lol

I made brownies and wrote a confession note for a girl I liked. I was a college freshman and she was a high school senior. I used to drive her and my sister to the same school and I gave them to her on valentines day as she was going into school. It was really awkward for a few days after that, and another friend told me she thought it was a creepy thing to do. HOW THE FUCK IS THAT CREEPY? Anyway, the girl didn't think it was creepy but she also didn't return the feelings. Even though we had been friends we drifted apart after that. Fuck.
