Patchouli is taller than Marisa (even if you subtract a bit for her floating), and Alice is the tallest of the three.

The only things that affect this are physical changes, such as the shape of the eye itself or things like degradation of the lens, or just old age.

You can't read yourself into glasses. It's just not possible. You can tire your eyes out by straining them too much reading, but this is a temporary thing.
