Didn't Sakuya get demolished by Tenshi, and state that her knives couldn't even pierce Tenshi's skin? Her time manipulation powers are cool but against strong opponents it would be useless. They'd be stopped, she'll throw knives at them which will bounce of harmlessly until she gets bored and runs away.

Well it's not like she can't ask Patchy to create some "celestial piercing" knives or something.
But it's not like the Touhous are trying to kill each others or something like that, so there's really no point in making your attacks lethal or so.

Also that makes me think a little, how do the Touhous deal with not killing each others when doing Spell Card battles?
Like with all the shit everyone throws at each others you would think that it would not really be unusual for someone to get hit by a spell,knife or whatever that could lead to death.(especially for the humans)
