Shiho Enta Art Works, I've wanted the physical copy for awhile now, but I could never find it in stock when I was going to make an order where I normally buy art books from and it wasn't worth ordering on its own because of shipping, so it was nice that it brought the order right at 100 with the 10$ off so everything really kinda worked out in the end. I got her from Gift Online Shop too. Her eyes are definitely purple, though not so apparent as in the official shot. They're also very shiny, so it's hard to state the exact color. For sure they're not as red as her miko outfit or Flandre's eyes. Here's a not-so-good picture I have laying around, but you can see the difference.

For the Gift OS, yes. A proxy who will order her on your behalf, or a forwarder where to have her shipped to (you place the order yourself and pay - all in Japanese). Alright anons, I'm thinking of buying Patchy real soon. I was wondering if it would be better to go with the slightly cheaper price on solaris japan, yet glancing at the shipping system it looks a bit risky and plus its quite costly to get it here at a decent time, while on Amazon it's a few dollars more expensive but free shipping and I do trust amazon.
