Assuming you already have a printer (or access to one), the materials run around $150-$250 (with the wigs being one of the most expensive parts). I wouldn't recommend getting a printer just to print one mask though. In addition, there are no pre-made models for 3D printed kig masks available so you will have to make your own.

Also, I'd say from my own experience that common extrusion printers are less than ideal for making kigs. The parts they produce are rather rough, and the finished mask is less durable than an FRP mask because it is printed in segments (and also extrusion printers are rather slow). I'm going to switch to using a resin printer to print molds for making FRP masks. That should hopefully fix all of the issues that I had with extrusion-printed masks (it will be slightly more expensive although not by much).

This is the part where I'd say I'm not keen on the design, but I won't, because I can't quite put my finger on why that is (aside from Wyu's shoddy finish work). Everything else I hear is from the stream of complaints about him and his work that come from Cici, on none of which I have enough knowledge to confirm or deny.

My brief dealings with Wyu gave me the impression that he's somewhat of a control freak, though. Seemed intent on keeping RTP and our projects under his thumb, and would keep asking me when we'd start working for him again (lelnope). If you guys want to know how a normal person goes about it... I'm a 20 y/o student, and I'm interested in the lewd stuff and escapism aspect, so that is what I have to hide from my friends. I've already told all my friends that I'm going to be crossplaying because I'd rather tell them and be confident about it then have them stumble upon it and be left to their own judgment.

I can either be a) A business student who is doing this as a hobby or b) whatever loner/weeb/weird interpretation people will have.
