.nss files carry all the information. You can open one in notepad and read game script. Panty patch replaces translated .nss with original ones, thus returning game to japanese language.

Well there's won't be any menu translation but it should be fairly obvious if you look at the keyboard shortcuts.
You wouldn't be missing much, since all content would go into text sooner or later. Since you'll need to replay the whole thing to get to the B ending, just start playing and shitting bricks.

These aren't bad ends. The random-return-to-main-menu, I mean. Simply interruptions. Well, I agree they could have left a message about that, but nevertheless, if you still want to check...
Close the program.
Copy the nss.npa in the npa_backup folder back in the program folder.
Open the program.
Reload the last scene where you could make a choice (traffic lights), and take any.
Skip, skip, skip.
The program will now continue, pic related, albeit in moonspeak.

Once you get the next patch, just delete/rename/eat the nss.npa, just not to have stuff in japanese.

Drag cg.npa from the Choas;Head installation directory into the directory which Crass is located in.
Assuming you know how to use your command line:

Don't forget to move it back once your done if you want a playable game.
