Agreed on Season of Sakura, but Three Sister's Story and Runaway City were basically fuckfests. Not that SoS and True Love aren't, but they're a bit more deeper than other h-games from that era

Two solutions for you.

1) Get the collections with the updated compitability. (for titles and/or buying see jlist)

or

2) Try without sound. I know it sucks without sound but many of my tests of old hentai games showed that turning it off helped them to run.

I actually haven't tried much with dosbox yet, which I maybe should do to my huge folder of "won't run" hentai games.
