Ok I downloaded the patch and when I tried to extracted to the root folder an error pop up saidning it can't extract some of the files like the unRAR and the .bat file. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Okay guys, hold on a second. I didn't know anything about CHAOS:HEAD except that it was a new game that got a lot of play in /jp/. I never payed much attention to it because it's released by a company who doesn't put out games that interests me in general (I stick to the very finest of the genre) -- however, it looked like there might be a yandere or a character that might be close to a yandere so I had planned on checking it out at some point after I've finished my current games.

This thread is the first time I've actually seen a piece of the story and...um...well, let's be diplomatic about this: is this VN which /jp/ has been talking about essentially is an otaku comedy game? Is that really the case? Because if so my interest drops to bellow nothing.

Now that I'm finding out more about this game, it appears that it mixes awful otaku humour with psychological horror-thriller that Japan loves so much but ironically sucks so bad at creatring. The story appears to be created by ameture employees of 5pb (no-name eroge company teaming up with Nitro+).

However, it's automatically better then auto-fail shit like big-tit tentacle and loli maid-rape games which flood the eroge market. Weather it's going to go into a top-10 list seems very unlikely going by the pedigree of the creators, but who knows.

Thank you, there is a save there but I can't load it, but that's focusing the problem.

When I simply run the the game, I can see the save but I can't load it nor can I start a new game.

When I use apploc, I can no longer see the save but I can start a new game, yet I'm unable to save.

When I use Japanese unicode, I can start a new game but still can't save. (and I can't use firefox, so I rather not using that option).

so I still don't know what to do...
