3AM, if you get 7 you end up waking up at 10AM which isn't bad at all. Of course that's if you can actually wake yourself up. I usually end up waking up at 12-2 even if I've set an alarm.

Depends on what you want to do

If you want to laze around, play net games or other solitary activities, a 4AM - 12-2PM schedule is best. Night time is the best to hole up in your room.
If you want to get out of your room or do things that involve interacting with society, waking up earlier (anywhere from 10-11 is sufficient) means that you'll be awake long enough to take advantage of typical business hours. Plus, you feel really good when you wake up super early, say 5AM and get to drink tea and watch the sunrise.
