I'm the close to same height and I weighed about 54kg for the longest time after high school, but once I got serious about exercising consistently it only took a year or two to get up to 68kg. I'm currently having trouble getting past that, but that's probably because I do cardio and can't cook any nutritious foods besides fish and eggs because my mom is "dieting". If you're not doing it already, you should keep an exercise log. Just write down the date and how many sets you did at what weights for each exercise. Helps you to stay motivated and improve your workouts.
