I'm trying to find a place where I can get quality custom dakimakuras.
Does anyone have a site to do so?
Google gives me a bunch of results, but most sites look shady as fuck at best.

When it comes to getting the actual pillow, this can be as close by as checking out your nearest shopping mall (any good place that sells bedding).

I'm still researching this stuff myself. I know Hobby Heart has been recommended here a few times before. Seen stuff on ebay as well.

Plenty are sold exclusively at doujin events. Some of those will circulate around to places like Mandarake and web auctions, but when circle covers are already produced in such limited numbers, you still have to be vigilant or plain lucky to find certain covers. A few years after release, most stuff won't show up anywhere.

Almost everything is bootleg on Aliexpress/Taobao. Especially if you can track down the picture to the original artist.
Slolita is one exception, their daki designs are original. I don't own one but I believe some anon said they're of good quality. Try searching the archive.

Their main artist, Noodle, is talented, you may find something you like. I don't know whether they have a store on Aliexpress, but IIRC some anon said you can contact them in English via Facebook.

Take note that these chinese circles usually sell different variations of the same design, one for all ages and one 18+ (naked), so be careful when ordering to avoid disappointment (in both ways).
