I bought this not lewd Marisa one, no pillow yet though.

it's my first one that wasn't super cheap so I dunno if it's good or anything, but it sure has cute sides to it. Strangely though the shop I got it from took down all their dakis so I can't get any of their other ones.

They have various artists, the Marisa one you have is by Hakka-san. There's plenty more with his/her design. I'm particularly tempted by Shinmyoumaru. Getting a second one, both in high quality 2-way tricot, would also grant me free shipping. I just don't know which one to choose.
