Why does /jp/ like the rain?

/jp/, I'm sorry, but I need this. I have nobody else to talk to about it.
I've seen that picture of a girl lately and I've been haunted by it ever since. She's incredibly pretty. It's the first thing I think of when I wake up and the last thing I think of before going to sleep, and there's not one second inbetween in which it isn't present in my mind.
I've finally made up my mind to research its origin tonight. The result being that that picture appears to be old - the earliest date to be found was a post on a Chinese imageboard (?) in a thread for - apparently - pictures of attractive Western women.
I'm a fool, /jp/. I'm sad and mad and voilent and I've been an egotistical fool when I thought that any person would ever look at me and not scorn or fear or pity me and just look at me and say "It's fine" and pat my head and not say anything and just let me be.
I was a fool when I fell head over heels in love with an old stupid picture of the prettiest girl I've ever seen and thought that we could make each other whole and live together and love each other and not be shit towards each other.
But now I'm just kind of cold, and my stomach hurts.
